Terms of Use for Total Converter: Video & Photo

Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Total Converter: Video & Photo application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
License to Use
The Developer, Sergiy Shastin, grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App strictly in accordance with these Terms.

Conversion Tool Only: Total Converter: Video & Photo is designed to convert media files between supported formats. The Developer does not guarantee that every file, codec, resolution, metadata field, or third-party player will be fully compatible with every conversion result. You are responsible for keeping backups of important original files before processing.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: file corruption, quality loss, metadata loss, unsupported output formats, storage issues, or any incidents arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App.
Advertising, Purchases, and Third-Party Services
The App may include advertisements provided by third-party networks (e.g., Google AdMob) and may utilize services like Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics. We are not responsible for the content of these advertisements. The App may also offer in-app purchases processed via Google Play Billing. By using the App, you agree to the applicable terms of these third-party providers.
No Warranty
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, reliability, compatibility, output quality, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Intellectual Property
All code, design, and original assets within the App are the property of the Developer. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, redistribute, modify, or monetize the App without explicit written permission. You remain responsible for ensuring that you have the right to convert, store, and use the media files you process with the App.
Modifications to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
