Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Rate Way application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
License to Use
The Developer, Sergiy Shastin, grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App strictly in accordance with these Terms.

Informational Tool Only: Rate Way is designed to provide currency exchange rate conversions and calculations for informational purposes. The Developer provides no warranty regarding the absolute accuracy, real-time availability, or completeness of the exchange rates. Rates provided may be delayed or vary from actual market rates. You should independently verify rates before making any financial decisions or transactions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: financial losses, trading errors, miscalculations, or any incidents arising out of or related to your reliance on the rates provided by the App.
Advertising, Purchases, and Third-Party Services
The App includes advertisements provided by third-party networks (e.g., Google AdMob) and utilizes services like Firebase Analytics. We are not responsible for the content of these advertisements. The App also offers in-app purchases (e.g., to remove ads) processed via Google Play Billing. By using the App, you agree to the applicable terms of these third-party providers.
No Warranty
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Intellectual Property
All code, design, and original assets within the App are the property of the Developer. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, redistribute, modify, or monetize the App without explicit written permission.
Modifications to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
