Terms of Use for EASA FTL Assistant

Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the EASA FTL Assistant application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
License to Use
The Developer, Sergiy Shastin, grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App strictly in accordance with these Terms.

Advisory Tool Only: EASA FTL Assistant is designed to assist airline pilots with flight time limitation and duty-time calculations for informational purposes. It is NOT an official rostering system, legal compliance authority, fatigue risk management system, or substitute for your operator's approved manuals, scheduling department, applicable collective agreements, or current EASA regulations. The pilot and operator remain solely responsible for verifying all duty, rest, extension, and limitation decisions against official sources before accepting or operating any duty.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: incorrect duty calculations, rostering errors, fatigue-related decisions, missed rest requirements, regulatory findings, operational disruptions, financial losses, or any incidents/accidents arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App.
Advertising and Third-Party Services
The App may include advertisements provided by third-party networks (e.g., Google AdMob) and may utilize services like Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics. We are not responsible for the content of these advertisements. The use of ad-blockers or modifying the app to remove ads violates these terms. By using the App, you also agree to the applicable terms of these third-party providers.
No Warranty
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, regulatory completeness, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Intellectual Property
All code, design, and original assets within the App are the property of the Developer. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, redistribute, modify, or monetize the App without explicit written permission.
Modifications to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
