The Flight Night Time Calculator is designed as an advisory tool to assist pilots in calculating day and night flight times. However, the Developer provides no warranty or guarantee regarding the absolute accuracy of the astronomical calculations or their compliance with specific local aviation regulations.
The Pilot-in-Command (PIC) or the user is solely responsible for ensuring that all logged flight times comply with the regulations of their governing Civil Aviation Authority (e.g., FAA, EASA, CAA, etc.). The Developer of this App shall not be held liable for any logging errors, regulatory violations, or any direct/indirect damages resulting from the use of this App.
The Developer, Sergiy Shastin, grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App strictly in accordance with these Terms.
You are not allowed to copy, or modify the App, any part of the App, or our trademarks in any way. You are not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the App, and you also shouldn't try to translate the App into other languages, or make derivative versions.
The App uses third-party services (such as Google Play Services, Firebase Crashlytics, and Google AdMob) that declare their own Terms and Conditions. By using the App, you also agree to the applicable terms of these third-party providers.
