Terms of Use for MEL Expire Date calculator

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer (Sergey Shastin) shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: errors in calculations, flight delays, dispatch errors, maintenance non-compliance, regulatory fines, or any incidents/accidents arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App.

5. Advertising
The App includes advertisements provided by third-party networks (e.g., Google AdMob). We are not responsible for the content of these advertisements or the products/services they promote. The use of ad-blockers or modifying the app to remove ads violates these terms.

6. No Warranty
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Intellectual Property
All code, design, and original assets within the App are the property of the developer. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, redistribute, or monetize the App without explicit written permission.
